BEN PRYDE

A professional and enthusiastic salesperson of the Raine & Horne team. With sales being his forte, he continues to dominate the local market and has recently been awarded No. 4 Salesperson for the Raine & Horne NSW/ACT network. Also a member of Raine & Horne's prestigious Multi-Million Dollar chapter, Ben attributes his success to an honest straight down the line approach to real estate and good communication with clients. With 8 years experience, Ben is a true believer in honing his skills and keeping up to date with the latest real estate techniques and continues to do this through extensive training. Now an integral part of the team and one of the business owners, Ben continues to raise the bar for himself and the team, aspiring to achieve bigger and better goals.

TONY HOPPER

Over 35 years experience in all facets of the Real Estate Industry. Having worked with large organisations such as Knight Frank & M.J. Davies Industrial. With considerable knowledge of Residential and Industrial property management, leasing and sales. Tony has been very successful in the local property market for 20 years.

LYN CHAMBERS

Milton Office Lyn has lived in the local area for 20 years and has been an active real estate agent in the Milton Ulladulla area for 7 years. She credits her success in real estate sales to understanding and listening to the needs of her clients and guiding them effortlessly through the sales process whilst realising the best possible price for their property. Peter has served 8yrs in the Australian Defence Force in the army developing skills that has since seen him complete and gain qualification as an electrician. TRACEY PYE

Raine & Horne's longest serving employee, Tracey began at the bottom of the Real Estate ladder as receptionist over 16 years ago. Tracey excelled in Property Management for 7 years, progressing to Office Manager for the last 7 years. Conversant now in all aspects of MYOB computer accounting and the GST component, Tracey is relied on heavily by Directors Gary & Susan Dale as their delegated executive support.

LOUISE MONTE

A Licensed Real Estate Agent, Louise has 18 years experience in all aspects of the local selling and property management market and has resided in the area for 37 years. Louise continues to update the many skills attained throughout her Real Estate career. As a local girl, Louise is knowledgeable in all facets of the community.

LYN HISTON

Lyn offers a wealth of local knowledge having resided in the area for over 29 years. Coming from a full time position with local valuer Robert White for over 4 years, Lyn has chosen a change of direction and with her years of experience and training in administration she also brings a sunny disposition and a willingness to please.

HEATHER DURAND

Heather has lived in the area for 24 years. After working in various tourism and administration positions, she ventured into the real estate industry where she worked for 3 years at a successful office in Nowra and we are fortunate to now have her on our team. Heather's many qualifications will be an advantage to this position.

KERRY BLACK

Kerry was born and raised in the local area. A recent addition to our team and having recently completed her Real Estate certificate, Kerry is looking forward to an exciting career within the real estate industry. Kerry brings a wealth of knowledge, having worked as a secretary, personal assistant to company directors, and service co-ordinator for multinational companies in Sydney.

DEBRA APPLETON

Debra completed her real estate course in 1974 whilst working for a Property Developer in North Sydney. She has also worked in the computer industry as a trainer, writing training courses and selling hardware and software. Since moving to the South Coast in 2002, she first trained at local Community colleges, teaching accounting software and Microsoft applications, before joining the growing Raine and Horne team in 2007 as Sales Support. Debra moved to our Milton office in 2008 and uses her proficient computer and real estate skills to support the busy Milton Sales staff.

MICHELLE MEKRIZIS

Michelle and her family moved to the Ulladulla area in 2007, which involved a career change to real estate.  Michelle has had 20 years experience in IT Management,Support and Sales. She has completed a course in Business Studies  whilst working in Sydney for large corporates.  Michelle currently supports the sales team in our Milton office, bringing a friendly, happy disposition and prides herself on providing wonderful customer service.

JODIE GUMLEY

Jodie was born in Milton and has resided most of her adult life in the Milton/Ulladulla area. Jodie spent 6 years working in Sydney as a Personal Assistant to the state manager, also as a Sales Representative, in the Retail Sector. Jodie has now joined the Raine and Horne Property/Holiday management team. She brings a vast knowledge of the local area and her vibrant personality makes her an asset to our office.
